What this site collects, what for, how long we keep it and what you can ask us for at any time.
Who processes your data
The controller is [Razón social], registered at [Dirección], tax number [NIF]. For anything to do with this policy write to hola@teory.ai and a person answers.
What we collect and why
There is one place on this site where you give us something of yours: the «Talk to sales» form. We keep three things from it.
- Your email address, so we can come back with a proposal.
- The language you were reading the page in, so we write to you in it.
- The date you left it.
We do not ask for a name, a phone number, a company or a job title. Nothing is emailed automatically when you submit it: a person reads it and replies.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If you pick a light or dark theme, that preference is stored in your browser’s local storage: it never leaves your machine and you can clear it from the browser itself.
We measure how many visits each page gets with Vercel Web Analytics, which is aggregate and cookieless: it builds no profile of you and does not follow you from one site to another.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering the commercial enquiry you made. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to us, and withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.
How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and, afterwards, until you ask us to delete it. If we never get to talk, two years from the day you left it.
Who else sees it
Nobody we do not have to give it to for this to work. We do not sell or share data, and there are no advertisers behind this page. The providers involved are:
- Supabase, which hosts the database your address is stored in.
- Vercel, which serves this site and does the aggregate visit measurement.
Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
What you can ask us for
Access to what we hold about you, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You ask by writing to hola@teory.ai and it costs nothing. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
The product is a different thing
This policy covers teory.ai, the page you are reading. Data processing inside the product — the connected LinkedIn accounts, each client’s contacts and conversations — is governed by the agreement signed with that client, where Teory acts as a processor and not as the controller.
Changes
If this changes, the date above changes. We do not email about a policy edit: we email about what affects you, when it affects you.
